Amazon employs over half a million people across the world and at Tomorrow, we help them to identify, engage with and attract potential new employees to join their constantly evolving company and to become part of something bigger.
Our work with Amazon sees us delivering integrated media and creative campaigns across a number of different business lines throughout the world. Right now, we are planning and optimising campaigns for Amazon in 27 countries covering a range of diverse job roles.
The majority of the campaigns that our performance team deliver are digital first. This allows us to fully utilise the targeting and optimisation technologies contained within our adtech stack enabling us to hit our strict targets and minimise wastage across all campaigns. Traditional media channels still play a key role for some campaigns with radio, OOH and Press driving reach and creating awareness at the top of the funnel.
Our creative team are constantly challenged to produce new concepts for Amazon. Campaigns range from needing to appeal to Fulfilment Centre temporary workers in Germany and the UK through to Software Engineers in Madrid. When it comes to the creative process, we have very much adopted the key Amazon tenet that every day is Day One.
